health care, images, impressions
I received an email asking how this shot was taken and whether it was a simple "layering in photoshop". Actually, no... It was done the old fashioned way. I was walking through downtown Boston and holding my camera by my hip. I noticed my own reflection in the office windows and decided to try to grab a self-portrait against the reflections in the glass and juxtaposed over whatever and whomever was inside. In this case, I saw this woman sitting in her office, staring out the window. Her longing (or bored) gaze out the window in one direction seemed to be an interesting contrast to my brisk pace moving in an opposite direction.
